Our family's move to MR Heritage Tower: a reality check
Been living in MR Heritage Tower for a few months now, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the amenities. We chose this place for the kids' sake, imagining them using the pool and play area. But the pool's always dirty or closed, and the play equipment is already breaking down. My wife's priority was a safe, active space, and this isn't it. It's supposed to be a completed project. They charge a hefty monthly maintenance, but for what? Is anyone else at MR Heritage Tower facing this? It feels like the brochure was pure fiction. Not sure if it's the RWA or the builder still, but it's really frustrating when you're paying so much. Did your amenities ever get fixed? Should I just push the RWA harder? Any tips on getting basic facilities usable for families here? It's a big investment, and we need these things to actually work.
