Our family's next chapter in Greater Noida

Is NBCC Kingswood's construction quality actually decent, or just marketing hype? Everyone talks amenities, but I'm worried about cracks and seepage after a year. Are promised kids' play areas safe and usable, or just a checked box? My wife's priority is our children's safety. Change my mind.
