Our Lotus Vatika dream, 2 years late.

2 years past the promised date for my Lotus Vatika villa, Saha Groupe still hasn't delivered. My kids need space, we're stuck. They're citing some unclear land title issue. Is RERA effective for these delays, or just on paper? Anyone else face this with title verification post-booking?

Oh man, this is so frustrating to hear! Saha Groupe has been notorious for delays, but 2 years for Lotus Vatika is just too much. I'm so sorry you're going through this, it's every first-time buyer's nightmare. What exactly did they say about the 'unclear land title'?

They usually say it's some historical dispute or acquisition issue, very vague stuff. Builders ka favourite excuse hai ye.
