Our move: big house to compact flat

Aero View Heights keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house; don't need such a huge place. I'm looking for something manageable, good society, near a hospital. Honestly, I'm worried about actual green areas. Photos look great but is there real open space, or just cramped towers? Also, water supply reliability is crucial. Any long-term residents can comment on tanker dependency or consistent pressure? We just want peace of mind.
