I can't be physically present to verify documents or follow up. Also, what's the actual possession timeline looking like? The builder's track record is a bit hazy online, and I don't want to deal with endless delays from abroad. Any idea about the investor vs end-user ratio? Don't want a ghost society that's hard to rent out. I'd need a property manager, but legal headaches are my absolute biggest fear.
