My lease ends in 3 months and kids' school admission is also coming up, so we need to finalize a place. I'm focusing on Oxirich Square One, ₹36-45L for a 2/3BHK. My priority, especially for my wife, is a safe neighbourhood and good schools for the children. I'm trying to figure out if the actual livability, like noise levels and air quality, matches what's on paper. Any parents there, what's the real society vibe? Is it genuinely friendly, ya isolated? I heard checking the actual carpet area vs. what's promised is a big hack to avoid issues later. Also, any tips for checking construction quality during site visits, beyond just looking? Aur haan, noise levels ke liye din ke alag alag time pe visit karna.
