Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Palam Vihar, Sohna. Actually visited a couple of projects near Sector 5. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 48, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa. Already have a home loan, so EMI ka scene pata hai. But yaar, Palam Vihar mein prices kafi badhe hain kya last 1-2 saal mein? Lag raha hai premium bahut zyada ho gaya hai. Is the price jump worth it? Ya phir thoda wait karna chahiye? Not sure if abhi buy karna sahi decision hoga. What's the real ground reality for ROI, especially if I'm looking at a 5-year horizon? Any experiences with recent purchases in that area?
