Palam Vihar price surge: What's the real deal?

Did anyone else notice Palam Vihar prices jumping so much lately? I just moved to Sector 65 last month. During my search, 2BHKs there were around ₹1.1 Cr. Now I'm seeing them listed at ₹1.3 Cr. Is this price jump real, or just temporary? Should I have waited before buying, or is this market getting overheated?
