Palam Vihar prices feel overstretched already

Palam Vihar mein prices already bohot upar ja chuke hain. I just moved into my 3BHK here a couple of months back, possession was in March. Honestly, lag raha hai ki 1-2 saal mein price jump kaafi ho gaya hai. Mera friend bhi dekh raha hai property, but he's thinking of waiting. Not sure if buying now is smart ya fir thoda correction aayega. Kya lagta hai, Palam Vihar mein abhi entry point sahi hai ya wait karna chahiye? What's your take on the current appreciation?
