Is VK And Sons' Palm Drive construction quality actually decent after possession? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know. I'm looking at a unit there, and the sales pitch sounds good, but I'm wary of the usual finishing issues. Are there common problems like plaster cracks or seepage that pop up after handover? Also, how's their customer support after booking? Honestly, I've heard some builders just go silent once they have your money. Any real experiences, good or bad, from current residents or buyers? Exactly! I checked their RERA profile, 'Total projects: 0' likha hai. How can we trust a builder with zero track record for such a big investment? Sales guys toh kuch bhi bolenge, but numbers don't
VK And Sons? Palm Drive? Bhai, inka toh koi aur project hi nahi dikhta market mein. First-time builder hai kya? Bahut risky lag raha hai. I'm really wary of new players in this market, especially after seeing so many projects get stuck.
