Sector 66 – just got possession at Palm Drive a couple of months back. Okay, I'll say what no one says: everyone glorifies the 'luxury' amenities, but many aren't fully functional. The promised club house? Bas naam ka hai, honestly. Daily commute to Cyber City is okay, but andar ki connectivity is tricky. Is this genuinely a good home, ya bas paper pe acha lagta hai? Noise levels are high from construction. Maintenance charges bhi kaafi hain for actual utility. Change my mind.

Oh man, I almost booked in Palm Drive last year! My budget was around ₹1.3 Cr, so it was right in my range. The sales team really sold the 'luxury' dream. But then I visited a couple of their older projects nearby, and the maintenance issues were glaring. Plus, the internal road connectivity in Sector 66 is a nightmare, especially during peak hours. Glad I held off, looks like my gut feeling was right.

Amenities ka aisa haal hai toh asli living experience kaisi hogi? Builder ka track record kaisa hai overall? Pehle bhi aise issues sunne hain kya?

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. Badshahpur mein bhi mere ek friend ne liya tha, same story. Paper pe sab gold, reality mein brass. Builders bas marketing karte hain.
