Palm Floor DLF Phase 3: Carpet area ki reality?

Three months into living at Palm Floor DLF Phase 3, and honestly, I'm a bit conflicted. Everyone glorifies the DLF brand and location, but nobody talks about actual carpet area efficiency. Mera 4 BHK feels like a cramped 2.5 BHK ka layout. For an ₹8.93 Cr property, space feels compromised. Daily life mein, the small rooms make it less comfortable. Noise from the main road is also a constant issue. Is this just me, ya sabko lagta hai ki they over-promise on space? Change my mind if you disagree.
