Palm Grande elevators need better maintenance

Our Sector 15 house resale is done. Downsizing to a manageable flat near a hospital. I'm worried about elevator quality in projects like Palm Grande Exclusive Villas. Do they break down often? What's the maintenance response? Getting stuck on a higher floor concerns us.

Yaar, Palm Grande Exclusive Villas ke elevators ka toh suna hai, complaints aati rehti hain. Mere cousin ne bhi bataya tha kuch issues hain, especially peak hours mein.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera ek dost rehta hai wahan, usne bataya tha ki ek baar poore 2 ghante stuck ho gaya tha lift mein. Maintenance team ka response bhi bahut slow hai, especially weekend pe. Bahut darr gaya tha woh.
