Palm Grande security feels too strict for a family home

Did a site visit to Palm Grande Exclusive Villas on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. The security checks felt really intense, almost like an office building. I get safety is important, but is it too much for daily living? Like, how does visitor management actually work for friends and family? My parents keep saying it's a hassle if guards are too strict. Also, are the CCTVs mostly for show, or do they really help in practice? I'm not sure if this level of security will make it feel like a genuine home, ab samajh nahi aa raha what to prioritize.
