Was supposed to decide by last month but still confused about Palm Grande Exclusive Villas. My wife's priority is kids' safety, so security is huge. Sales team always shows fancy CCTVs, but I found asking for *actual visitor logs* or *guard shift details* gives a better picture. Yeh sab important hai. Also, check play area gate access properly, not just equipment. Koi aur tips hain? Hope this helps someone looking into this.

Palm Grande ki location toh achhi hai, New Chandigarh ke paas. But project kitna complete hua hai? Koi phase wise delivery hai kya? Ya sirf initial phase mein hi security tight dikha rahe hain?
U7, mera ek friend hai jo Palm Grande mein site visit pe gaya tha. Usne bataya ki kids play area toh banaya hai, but uska access control bahut loose hai. Koi bhi andar-bahar aa jaa raha tha. Plus, boundary wall bhi abhi poori nahi hai. So, security from outside is also a concern. Mujhe toh lagta hai they are rushing to sell units without completing basic infrastructure.
Phase-wise delivery mein toh aur dikkat hoti hai, construction chalti rehti hai. Noise aur dust alag.

Iska kya matlab hai yaar? Bahut darr lagta hai ki kahi paise phans na jaayein. Mere ek dost ke saath Manimajra mein hua tha, builder ne possession ki date 3 baar extend kar di.
Exactly! RERA ka kaam hi transparency lana hai, aur agar wahaan hi details missing hain toh bahut doubt hota hai. Better to check other projects near Saini Majra, at least wahan kuch clear status milta hai.
U3, same here! 'Status: null' dekh ke main toh peeche hatt gaya. Kaise trust karein jab project ka basic approval hi clear na ho? Builder bolta hai process mein hai, but kitna process? Mere cousin ne Rasulpur mein ek plot liya tha, 5 saal ho gaye, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Palm Grande is looking risky.

Haan yaar, main bhi Palm Grande ke liye interested tha. Unka visitor log toh kya, RERA details bhi clear nahi hain. Status null dikha raha hai, which is a big red flag for me. Bahut confusion hai.
Sahi baat hai! Guard ki training bhi dekhni chahiye, sirf number nahi. Kya pata sirf gate pe khade rehte hon.
