Palm Grande Villas: Capital appreciation already dried up?

My 2BHK in Sector 48 gave me a solid 15% appreciation in 3 years. Now I'm eyeing Palm Grande Exclusive Villas for investment. Has its price moved much since launch? Is there actual capital appreciation potential left? How liquid is the resale market for these villas? I'm wondering about the builder's delivery track record too. Thinking of upgrading, but wanna confirm the ROI.

Palm Grande Exclusive Villas? Bhai, suna hai location acchi hai but price already high hai. My 2BHK gave 15% appreciation, so I'm expecting good returns. But for these villas, appreciation ka scope kitna hoga ab? Already feels like it's peaked, no?
