Palm Grande Villas capital appreciation feels slow
Since last year, I'm seriously fed up of renting in Chandigarh; my landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge into property investment. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a villa. I've been looking at Palm Grande Exclusive Villas. The location seems decent, but I'm honestly not sure about its long-term investment potential. Has anyone seen good capital appreciation there? I heard pre-launch prices were attractive, but current pricing feels a bit high now. What's the real resale market like? Is there enough demand for villas in that specific area? I don't want to get stuck with a property that's hard to sell in 5-7 years, you know? Also, what's the investor-to-end-user ratio? Don't want to buy into a ghost town. Any insights on the actual price trends or liquidity would be super helpful. Trying to do the EMI vs rent math properly.
