Just got possession of our Palm Grande Exclusive Villa in March, and honestly, the hidden charges are making me regret it. They never mentioned the huge PLC for corner plots or the ridiculous club membership fees upfront. Brochure said 'all-inclusive,' but that's a joke. My EMI calculations are all off now. Feels like a bait and switch. The final bill was way higher than what was committed. Anyone else who bought here facing similar unexpected costs? What did you do? Should I complain to RERA?
