Palm Grande Villas: Luxury or Livability for Empty Nesters?
My kids have moved out, and frankly, I'm tired of maintaining our old, big house. Everyone talks about the 'exclusive' luxury at Palm Grande Exclusive Villas, but nobody mentions if it's actually practical for empty nesters. Is it genuinely a friendly community with good hospital access, or just pretty facades? I need manageable living, not just show. Disagree? Tell me why.

Meri ek relative ne Palm Grande mein site visit kiya tha. Unko community feel nahi laga, thoda isolated type. They were also looking for a place for their parents. They ended up buying in a smaller society near Rasulpur because it had a more active residents' association and a small clinic nearby. Sometimes smaller is better for peace of mind.
Honestly, I visited Palm Grande Exclusive Villas last month. It *looks* stunning, no doubt. But the location thoda out hai. For hospital access, you'll have to travel a bit. For young families, maybe it's okay, but for seniors? I'm not so sure. Plus, the price point for what they offer, I felt it was a bit high considering the current Chandigarh market conditions.
Totally agree with the price point. For that money, you can find something more established in New Chandigarh with better infrastructure. Sometimes 'exclusive' just means 'expensive and isolated'.

Bhai, main bhi yahi soch raha tha. 'Exclusive' toh theek hai, but agar builder ka track record acha nahi hai ya construction status 'null' dikha raha hai, toh bahut risky ho jaata hai. Kitni baar suna hai log phans jaate hain aise projects mein.
Sahi baat hai. Mere friend ne ek project mein invest kiya tha Mullanpur Garibdass mein, builder ne poore 3 saal late kar diye. Elderly logon ke liye toh yeh stress double ho jaata hai. Palm Grande ka yeh 'null' status sunke darr lag raha hai.
