Is the power backup really full for your flat at Palm Grande Exclusive Villas, or just common areas? We moved in about 3 months ago, and it feels like our flat only gets partial backup, not the full promised one. Honestly, it's a bit frustrating. Also, regarding water supply, we haven't faced major issues yet, but I've heard some neighbours mention tank capacity concerns. Are others experiencing this too, or is our block just lucky? And the children's play area – does it feel genuinely safe and well-maintained? Or is it more of a 'tick-box' amenity? Just trying to get a sense of what's normal here.

Yaar, play area ka toh haal mat पूछो. Jab visit kiya tha, it looked decent, but ab it's mostly barren patches and some broken swings. My kids barely go there. And water supply, for us, abhi tak theek hai, but I've heard from a few people in Block C that they face low pressure during peak hours. Tank capacity ka issue toh lagta hai. Builder ne toh bas marketing mein sab
Totally agree with the power backup issue! Humare yahan bhi same scene hai. They promised 100% backup for flats but it's barely enough to run a couple of lights and a fan. AC toh bhool jao. What's the point then?
Anyone tried talking to the management directly about this? Is there any official channel for complaints?
Exactly! And jab complain karo toh bolte hain load zyada hai. What about the 'full backup' they advertised? It's a clear misrepresentation. Maine toh socha tha sirf main hi notice kar raha hoon.
Haan bhai, same experience. Generator chalta hai but power nahi aati poori. It's so frustrating!
