Palm Marina Suites Phase 1

Visited both Palm Marina Suites Phase 1 and Agarwal Vrinda Homes last weekend, finally fed up of renting yaar. Landlord increased rent again, so I'm serious about buying. Both look good but I'm confused. Palm Marina ka total cost, with stamp duty and interiors, seems a bit high. Agarwal Vrinda Homes ka maintenance charges kya hai? Also, for resale value in 5-7 years, which one do you guys think is better? What's the real total cost of ownership for these, after all the hidden charges? Any experiences?
