Palm Olympia 3: My honest take on 'premium' living

Palm Olympia Phase 3 — everyone glorifies its amenities, but nobody talks about the *real* deal. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. Honestly, the maintenance charges are just ridiculous! They charge a premium for kya? Most clubhouse facilities are ghost facilities, used by hardly anyone. Parking allocation is a total nightmare, not fair at all. Is the price jump for a 3BHK really worth it when the daily living experience feels so meh despite the high charges? Matlab, are we just paying for a fancy façade? Change my mind.
