Palm Olympia amenities feel oversold

₹6500 maintenance bill hit my inbox last week for Palm Olympia Phase 3. I just moved in a few months back, aur honestly, the charges feel quite high for what we're getting. Is it just me? The clubhouse facility seems empty most days, sirf show-piece lagta hai. Green areas bhi utne open nahi lagte jitna brochures mein dikhaya tha. Matlab, thode small patches hi hain. Power backup is only for common areas, which is a bit disappointing for a new society. I'm wondering if this is normal for Noida or agar yeh sab societies mein aise hi hota hai. People jo yahan longer reh rahe hain, does the maintenance quality improve over time, ya yehi standard hai? Kya aapko lagta hai it's value for money for Palm Olympia Phase 3? Any first-hand experiences on this?
