Palm Olympia Phase 3: My 3BHK upgrade quality concerns.
₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Palm Olympia Phase 3 — is this price justified? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading, but construction quality ki tension hai. Site visits pe initial finish toh theek lagta hai, but after 1-2 years, cracks, seepage issues sunte hain. Isse resale value pe kitna impact padta hai? Also, under-construction projects mein kya red flags dekhne chahiye for quality issues? Kya builders like Palm Olympia actually deliver good finish ya maintenance cost badh jaati hai? Any experiences?
