Palm Olympia vs Purvanchal — Amenities vs. Price?
Since January I've been trying to decide. Palm Olympia looks great, ngl, but it's way pricier. Purvanchal Oriental Insurance Apartments are cheaper, completed, but amenities are basic. Is Palm Olympia worth double the price for the clubhouse my kids might never use? Or is it better to save money and invest elsewhere?

Meri ek friend ne Palm Olympia jaisa hi ek high-end project liya tha. Uske bachche clubhouse mein jaate hi nahi, bahar park mein khelte hain. She regrets paying so much extra. Maine Ajayabpur mein ek similar old project dekha tha, renovation mein 10-15 lakh lag gaye the. New project mein woh headache nahi hota, but then price badh jaata hai.

Totally agree with U1. Yeh fancy amenities ka hype bahut hota hai, but kitne log actually use karte hain? Kids may use it for a year or two, then they'll find something else. Practicality wins for me.

Purvanchal completed hai, no tension of delays, but amenities are just... there. Lagta hai paisa bachake kahin aur invest karna better hai, ya nahi?
