I was counting on at least a 4-5% rental yield and some decent capital appreciation. This directly impacts my calculated ROI, you know? What's the actual resale market like for delayed projects in Ghaziabad? Is there even a liquid secondary market for these units, or are we just stuck holding? I'm worried about the long-term wealth creation here. Has anyone faced similar issues with this builder or found a way to exit profitably?
