Panchsheel Greens II

After kids moved out last year, we're finally serious about selling our big house and shifting to something manageable. Been looking at Panchsheel Greens II in Noida Extension. Price range looks decent, around ₹75-80L for a 2BHK is what we're targeting. Ready-to-move projects sometimes look great online but daily life experience can be tricky, right? Is it genuinely a good place to live for an older couple? Noise levels, air quality wahaan kaisi hai? Hospital proximity is big for us. Any good hospitals close by? And general market access for daily needs? Also, maintenance charges... brochure mein toh kam dikhate hain, but residents ka actual monthly bill kya aata hai? Don't want any surprises there. Your ground reality feedback would be really helpful. Should we consider something else at this price point?

Just got possession at Panchsheel Greens II. Is the daily living experience truly good, or just brochure-perfect? What's the community vibe like here? Also, what are real maintenance charges?
