Panchsheel Hynish T8/T9 mein actual rental yield kya hai? I invested here 4 months back, possession ke baad. Ab samajh nahi aa raha resale market kitna active hai, ya kitna capital appreciation expect kar sakte hain. Koi long-term investor hai yahan pe, jo ROI pe insights de sake?

Hynish T8/T9 mein agar achhi deal pe liya hai toh hold karo. Market conditions improve hone mein time lagta hai, aur Noida ka potential toh hai. Just don't panic sell.

Main toh 2019 se Hynish Phase 1 mein rehta hoon, T9 mein. Jab maine liya tha, price range ₹44 L – ₹88 L thi, depending on size. Resale market active toh hai, but buyers bahut negotiate karte hain. ROI agar sirf rental se dekhoge toh mushkil hai, capital appreciation hi long-term game hai. But Noida market is tricky, nearby Alpha I Greater Noida mein bhi itna bumper appreciation nahi dikha hai. Main toh abhi hold kar raha hoon.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Hynish T8/T9 toh 2018 se completed hai (Possession date: 2018-05-01). Toh ab tak toh rental market settle ho jana chahiye tha. But I hear a lot of units are still vacant or being rented out at very competitive prices. Kya aapko tenants mil gaye OP?
Totally agree! Rental yield toh naam ki reh gayi hai Noida mein. Initial investment itna high hota hai ki break-even karna hi mushkil lagta hai. Hynish ke liye maine bhi suna hai ki rentals average hain.
