Panchsheel Hynish Phase 1 T8/T9 — finally done with renting, but the resale market here feels so dead. Had hoped for better liquidity after completion. Anyone actually sold their unit recently? What was your experience?

U2, for my 2BHK, I was hoping for something around 60-65L. Original buy price was 48L a few years ago. But offers are barely touching 55L. It's frustrating, not even covering the interest paid.
