Moved to Noida Extension recently, now thinking of investing in Panchsheel Hynish for long-term appreciation. It's ready to move, which is great, but I'm worried about the pricing. Builder ka track record on other projects, was it good for appreciation? What's the actual occupancy like, is it mostly investors ya end-users? Don't want to buy into a ghost society. Is the current price per sqft justified compared to nearby projects? Really need some ground reality checks on future capital gains.

Yaar, Panchsheel Hynish ki baat chal rahi hai? Main bhi dekh raha tha but pricing thodi high lagi for Noida Extension. Builder ka track record bhi mixed suna hai. Sach mein occupancy kitni hai wahan? Ghost town toh nahi ban jayega na?
