Panchsheel Park mein rehne ka real experience kaisa hai?

Possession mila April mein Panchsheel Park mein, 3BHK for nearly ₹3 Cr. Overall, area acha hai, green cover bhi sahi hai. But ya, kuch baatein hain jo nobody told me pehle. Parking ka daily battle lagta hai, guests aaye toh tension ho jaati hai. Aur RWA maintenance charges itne high hain, not sure if they're actually worth it. Has anyone else faced this parking hassle here? Ya RWA se expectations kya rakhni chahiye?
