Panchsheel Pratistha site visit — brochure vs reality check

Did a site visit to Panchsheel Pratistha last month, honestly wasn't expecting such a difference. Brochure mein amenities list toh lambi thi, but actual mein swimming pool kaafi small laga. And the gym equipment looked pretty basic, not like the renders at all. My parents keep saying brochure pe mat jao, ab samajh aa raha hai. Maintenance charges bhi quite high lag rahe hain for what they're offering. Is this normal for most projects in Greater Noida? What's the reality of delivered amenities and service quality after possession?
