Panchsheel Pratistha site visit, total confusion.
Honestly, I'm feeling totally lost after visiting Panchsheel Pratistha site last week. Builder ne toh sab achha dikhaya, but I saw some cracks in the basement already, plus wiring ka kaam bhi messy laga. Brochure mein green areas bahut the, but ground pe toh bas thodi si grass dikhi. Is this normal during construction? Yaar, quality check kaise karte hain?

Have you checked out anything near Alpha I Greater Noida? Maybe you'll find something with better quality for the same budget.
Discounts hain but construction quality pe bhi dhyan dena zaroori hai. Sasta mil gaya par baad mein repair mein jayenge toh kya faayda? Better to pay a little more for peace of mind.

U4, RERA mostly helps with project delays and major structural defects. Cosmetic finish ya minor quality issues pe itna intervene nahi karte woh. Aur agar case bhi file karo, it's a long, draining process. Builders usually have clauses that protect them.
