Panchsheel Prime 390 Phase 2: My Ground-Level Review

Panchsheel Prime 390 Phase 2's daily living quality surprised me. I moved in March; the flat is fine, but road noise is constant, making balconies unusable. The possession process also had a few unexpected hiccups. Is the air quality okay for others? Anyone else face these post-handover issues? Just trying to figure out if it's just me.
