₹1.25 Cr for Panchsheel Prime 390 Phase 2's 3BHK feels a bit high, but I'm serious about upgrading from my current 2BHK in Indirapuram. Already have a home loan, so EMI ka load badhega, want to make sure it's justified. Jo log yahan reh rahe hain, is it genuinely good for daily life? Matlab, amenities like the clubhouse, gym, pool... kitne useful hain? Ya bas show-off ke liye hain? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya log zyada mix nahi hote? Honestly, not sure if the premium is worth it for a completed project. Any insights on actual construction quality? And what about maintenance charges, are they reasonable for what's offered?
