The brochure for Prime 390 looked fantastic, with promises of a grand clubhouse and lush green spaces. Honestly, walking around, I'm not sure if the actual delivered amenities will match up. The clubhouse felt a bit... empty. Is it genuinely used by residents daily, or will it just be a ghost facility after a year? Also, what's the real deal with maintenance charges there?
