Okay, I'll say what no one says: MR Heritage Tower ka investment potential overhyped hai. Panchsheel Prime 390 ka rental yield better lagta hai, specially for a 3BHK upgrade. Kya lagta hai, Ghaziabad mein kaunsa better long-term hai? Change my mind.
₹65 lakh for my 3BHK in Panchsheel Prime 390 seemed like a good deal back in January. Abhi, after moving in last month, I'm finding amenities ka real scene. Swimming pool and gym toh okay hain, par kids play area kaafi small lag raha. Society ka vibe bhi thoda mixed hai, neighbours mostly busy rehte. Is it just me ya yahan actual livability thodi different hai from what brochures showed? Kya baaki residents ko bhi aisa lagta hai?
Completed projects are the only way to go for investors, honestly. I'm looking at Panchsheel Prime 390 in Ghaziabad, it's completed. Kya iska actual capital appreciation accha raha hai since launch? Aur rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai, matlab exit strategy ke liye sahi hai kya? Parents bolte hain completed projects safer hote hain.
