Panchsheel Primrose: Actual appreciation and rentals?
Panchsheel Primrose in Ghaziabad – I'm seriously looking at this project for an investment, fed up of renting finally. My landlord raised rent again, so I'm taking the plunge. Since it's completed, construction delays aren't a worry. What's the real capital appreciation been like since launch? And what kind of rental yield can one actually expect? Is the resale market active for a quick exit in 5-7 years, or is it pretty slow?

Yaar, Panchsheel Primrose mein appreciation thodi slow hi rahi hai as far as I know. My friend bought a 2BHK there for ₹45 L in 2018, and abhi bhi usko ₹50-52 L se zyada offer nahi ho raha. Ghaziabad mein market utni fast nahi hai jitni Noida ya Gurgaon mein. Rental yield bhi मुश्किल से 2-3% hogi, considering the maintenance costs and other charges. Are you sure you'll get a quick exit in 5-7 years with good returns?
