Panchsheel Primrose owners: clubhouse and security feedback?

Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. Kids have moved out, so selling our big house and looking for a compact flat in Ghaziabad. Visited Panchsheel Primrose, seems okay. But unke clubhouse facilities? Brochure mein toh bohot kuch dikhate hain. Really wondering if they are actually usable daily ya bas show-off hai? Aur security ka kya scene hai for seniors?
