7 years of renting in Ghaziabad and I'm honestly fed up. Landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at 3BHKs in Pandav Nagar, my budget is around ₹80L-1.5Cr. EMI vs rent math is making me rethink everything; I want to build some equity now. I've seen a few projects there, some ready-to-move, some under-construction. Not sure if the premium for ready-to-move is worth it ya fir under-construction mein achha deal mil sakta hai. What's the general vibe on the quality and timelines for projects in that area?
