My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a ready flat. Builder bolta hai no spot discount policy. Is this normal? Yaar, negotiation ka scope bilkul nahi hota kya? Also, hidden charges jaise PLC, OC, maintenance corpus, yeh sab baad mein surprise banke aate hain kya? I want to know the true all-in cost. Has anyone actually gotten a good spot discount recently?
