Paradise Enclave carpet space destroys newer Chandigarh launches
Been visiting flats since February to find a proper 3BHK for the family. One quick tip if you're checking Paradise Enclave, actually carry a laser tape instead of trusting brochures. The usable carpet area here is surprisingly decent, especially bedroom sizes for the kids' study tables, which was my wife's priority. Still, not sure about the daily upkeep. Does the society maintenance hold up well over time, or does it drop off after a couple years? Would appreciate some honest feedback from residents.

Per sqft maintenance is roughly around 2 to 2.5 rupees currently, which is reasonable on paper. Still, no clear answer on long-term capital repair funds from the current committee, so nobody knows how it will hold up 5 years down the line. Waise aapne broker se final quote liya ya direct deal try kar rahe ho?
We checked some plots and builder floors around Mullanpur Garibdass last week because my father insisted on bigger rooms. Honestly, the open area at Paradise Enclave feels safer for small kids, but the monthly upkeep charge is where my mind gets stuck. Did anyone calculate the exact per sqft maintenance cost?
Bhai current market in the tri-city area is crazy anyway, even smaller independent floors in Manimajra are quoting sky high rates for congested lanes. If Paradise Enclave has proper room proportions for kids, half your headache is solved. Just carry your tape and re-verify balcony cutouts too.
Carpet space badhiya hai par maintenance ka kya? Old projects often face severe seepage issues after five monsoons.
Arey yaar, that external repair delay makes me so nervous! If RWA is already struggling with funds, common area power backup diesel charges might spike every month. Should I even consider visiting with family this weekend or look elsewhere?
Regarding your maintenance question, I spoke to a resident last Sunday while visiting. Society RWA handles daily garbage and basic lighting fine, but external wall plastering needs fresh work which the builder delayed. It is not totally broken down, par professional private facility management jaisa polish expect mat karna.
Laser tape idea is brilliant yaar! We saw a few flats near New Chandigarh last month and brochure mein jo 1400 sqft likha tha, actual carpet felt barely 900. Is Paradise Enclave really giving true carpet, or is loading still 30-35%? Very anxious because my budget is strictly locked at 75L.
Cost sheet surprises are my biggest fear right now. Did they share any clear split for sinking fund and maintenance advance before booking? Mujhe har builder alag alag bol raha hai.
Loading factor is definitely lower here compared to those shiny high-rises. Sahi mein room layouts are square shaped with no weird dead passages, so you feel the space immediately. But bhai, 75L stretch ho sakta hai depending on registration and hidden charges, check their final cost sheet carefully.
