My 2BHK in Sector 44 feels cramped now, eyeing 3BHKs or villas. Paradise Enclave Chandigarh mein construction quality ka kaisa experience hai? Brochures sab best dikhate hain, but actual cracks, seepage issues kitne common hain after a year? As an investor, I'm worried about long-term maintenance, resale. Promised amenities like clubhouses — are they truly used ya bas show-off? Does that justify premium pricing or attract good tenants? Already have a home loan, so har penny counts. Opinions needed.

Bhai, Paradise Enclave ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. My friend booked a 3BHK there, and the handover was delayed by almost two years. Jab mila, toh bathroom fittings substandard the aur kitchen mein tiles already cracked the. Amenities ka toh poocho mat, pool abhi tak functional nahi hai aur gym equipment missing hai. They charge a bomb for maintenance but provide nothing. Resale value bhi gir rahi hai Chandigarh market mein, especially for projects with bad reputations.
