Honestly, I'm starting to think my own industry's marketing is getting to me. I've been eyeing Paradise Enclave for an investment property in Chandigarh, but the resale market seems… off. As someone who works in real estate, I know what builders don't always tell you about project liquidity. I'm seeing prices that haven't really moved much since launch, despite all the talk of capital appreciation. Is the secondary market for Paradise Enclave actually active, or is it mostly just investor-to-investor transactions with no real end-user demand? What's the real capital appreciation forecast here? I'm worried about the exit strategy in 5-7 years if there's no genuine demand. Has anyone else felt this crunch or am I missing something crucial?

Sahi baat hai. Paradise Enclave ka naam toh bada hai, but I've heard similar whispers. End-user demand seems
Yaar, totally feeling this! I'm a first-time buyer and Paradise Enclave looked so good on paper, especially with all the builder hype. But when I checked resale listings, the prices were barely above launch price, if at all. My agent was pushing it hard, but my gut says something's off. Kahi fass na jayein hum jaise log.
