Paradise Enclave mein abhi kuch months pehle hi shift kiya hai. Brochure wala floor plan aur actual layout mein bahut farak hai. Living room chhota lagta hai, kitchen mein space hi nahi. Furniture set karna mushkil ho gaya hai. Koi aur bhi yeh issue face kar raha hai? Ya sirf mujhe hi lag raha hai ki space ka proper use nahi ho paya?

Aise issues sunke darr lagta hai. Meri toh booking hone wali thi next month. Ab kya karen? Kya koi solution mila U1 ko ya aise hi adjust karna padega?
Dekho, every builder tries to maximize salable area. But Paradise Enclave ke floor plans I've seen do have some odd corners. Always check the actual unit before finalising, not just the sample. Aur ho sake toh ek interior designer se consult kar lo, they can often suggest smart solutions for small spaces. Maybe modular furniture will help?
Yeh builders ka naya trend hai. Carpet area kam dikhate hain but super built-up mein sab adjust kar dete hain. Paradise Enclave ka carpet area kitna hai per sqft? I heard in New Chandigarh projects, the prices are high but space is often compromised for amenities.
Sahi baat hai, especially in current market conditions, buyers should be extra careful. Builders are trying to cut corners to maintain margins. Demand thodi slow hai, toh quality pe compromise kar rahe hain.
Carpet area toh around 60% of super built-up hai. Aur price they quoted was 4500/sqft for super built-up, which is quite high for the actual usable space. Ab toh lagta hai I overpaid.
Bhai, Paradise Enclave ka naam toh suna tha, but floor plan ka issue pehle nahi suna. I was considering a flat there, but ab lagta hai I should reconsider. My friend faced similar issue in a project near Mullanpur Garibdass, small rooms and weird angles. Builder ne bola tha 'efficient design' hai.

Arey, yeh toh common ho gaya hai. Builder ne kya bola jab possession mila? RERA complaint kiya kya?
Totally agree, yaar! I visited their sample flat last year, and even that felt cramped. Brochure pics were so misleading. Kaisa experience hai furniture ka?
