Two months ho gaye Paradise Enclave mein shift hue, and abhi bhi thoda adjustment period chal raha hai. Brochure mein jo dikhaya tha, usse daily living experience thoda alag hai. Especially, amenities ko lekar. Society ka pool aur gym, kitna usable hai? Matlab, kya woh actually maintain hote hain ya bas show-off ke liye hain? Kids ke liye play area hai, but safety ka thoda concern rehta hai. Aur community vibe kaisi hai yahan ki? Log kitne involved hain? Kya bache easily mix ho paate hain? Schools aur markets nearby toh hain, but peak hours mein commute headache ban jaata hai. Has anyone else living here felt this? Is it truly a good place to settle down long-term, ya sirf short-term option hai?

U10, dekho, har society mein kuch na kuch issues hote hain. Paradise Enclave mein shift hone ka experience mixed hai. Amenities ka issue hai, but if you're okay with basic facilities and prioritize location, it might work. Compare it with other options in areas like Manimajra, you might find similar trade-offs. The key is to manage expectations and maybe get involved in the RWA to push for better maintenance. Initially, adjustment is always tough.
U1, toh ab aapka kya plan hai? Adjustment ho gaya kya poora? Society mein kuch improvements dikhe?
Itna sab sunkar toh aur tension ho gayi. Main bhi long-term settle hone ka soch raha tha. Kya Paradise Enclave actually ek good long-term investment hai, ya fir kuch saal baad regret hoga? Koi batao ki kya karna chahiye ab?
I agree with some points, but I think Paradise Enclave has its positives too. Location-wise, schools and markets are indeed nearby. My kids got admission in a good school without much hassle. Commute during peak hours is a nightmare, no doubt, but that's a general problem across Chandigarh, not just here. I feel the safety concern in the play area is valid though. But overall, for the price point, is it really that bad?
U7, you're right about the schools. There are decent options. But the markets, while close, are not very well-developed for daily essentials. You often have to go further out towards Rasulpur or even New Chandigarh for proper grocery shopping, which adds to the commute headache. For a family with young kids, this becomes a major logistical challenge.
U7, commute toh headache hai, especially if you work towards Mohali side. Morning mein nikalne se hi darr lagta hai. But kids mixing well, that's a good point you raised.
U3, aapki baat bilkul sahi hai. Paradise Enclave ke builder ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Mera ek dost Mullanpur Garibdass mein inke ek project mein phasa hua hai. Possession dates continuously extend hoti rehti hain aur quality bhi compromise ki hai. RERA mein bhi inke खिलाफ कई complaints hain. Always check builder's past projects before investing, especially first-time buyers like us. Don't fall for flashy brochures!
Yes, U4 is spot on. Current market conditions in Chandigarh mein aise builders bahut hain jo promises karte hain but deliver nahi karte. Property rates high hone ki wajah se log compromise kar lete hain, but long-term mein problem hoti hai.
Oh no! Toh Paradise Enclave ke builder ka hi issue hai? Koi specific RERA complaint number ya builder ka naam bata sakte ho kya?
Bhai, totally relate to your post! Paradise Enclave mein amenities kaafi underwhelming hain. Pool toh bas naam ka hai, kabhi saaf nahi dikhta aur gym equipment bhi puraane lagte hain. Kids play area mein toh darr lagta hai ki koi sharp edge na ho. Community vibe bhi thodi low hai, sab apne kaam se kaam rakhte hain. Kya tumhe bhi laga ki brochure mein kuch aur dikhaya tha aur reality kuch aur hai?
Same pinch! Main toh booking karne wala tha Paradise Enclave mein, but ab soch raha hoon. Is builder ka track record kuch khaas nahi suna hai. Kya ye builder pehle bhi projects mein aise hi promises tod chuka hai?
Haan, bilkul sahi kaha U1! Brochure mein jo 'world-class amenities' likha tha, woh toh bas marketing gimmick lag raha hai. Maintenance ke naam par kuch nahi hota. Pool ka paani toh dekh ke hi tairne ka mann nahi karta.
