posted on 19 MayParadise Enclave: Parking allocation aur water supply reliable hai?
Did a site visit to Paradise Enclave last week, aur honestly, thoda confused hoon. As an investor, I'm thinking long-term about tenant attraction and maintenance. Parking allocation ka system wahan kaisa hai? Brochure mein toh allocated dikhate hain, but I've heard stories about lottery-based nightmares in other projects. Kya yahan bhi wohi scene hai, ya proper reserved parking milti hai? Also, water supply reliability bohot important hai for tenants. Tanker dependency toh nahi hai na? Aur elevators ki quality kaisi hai? Maintenance response time kitna fast hai? Yeh choti choti cheezein baad mein headache na ban jaayein, especially for resale value. Experienced logon ka opinion chahiye, please share your thoughts.

Yeh sab sunke toh aur tension ho gayi. Property market Chandigarh mein already upar ja rahi hai, aur aise mein agar basics hi clear na ho toh bahut risky hai. I was hoping Paradise Enclave could be a good option for investment, considering the prices are relatively okay compared to Mohali. But parking, water, and builder's reputation are critical. Has anyone actually moved in or know someone who has? What's the ground reality now?
Haan U9, same. Abhi tak koi solid positive feedback nahi mili. Toh kya karein, wait karein ya koi aur project dekhein?
Parking ka system sabse bada concern hai. Agar dedicated parking nahi mili toh tenants toh bhaag jayenge. New Chandigarh mein toh ab builders proper allocated parking de rahe hain. Kya Paradise Enclave mein bhi same promise hai, ya lottery ka drama chal raha hai?
U6, I visited last month. They *say* it's allocated, but the sales guy was very vague about the exact slot number or how it's documented. It felt like they're keeping it open for 'adjustments' later, which usually means lottery. My friend bought in Rasulpur, and he got a specific slot number on his agreement. Paradise Enclave mein toh abhi tak clarity nahi hai, which makes me very nervous as a first-time buyer.
Exactly! Allocated parking is a deal-breaker. Aur maintenance charges kya hain wahan ke? High charges with poor services is the worst combo. Kisi ko pata hai maintenance response time kaisa hai?
Paradise Enclave ka builder kaun hai? Aur unka RERA status kya hai?
Haan, U4 sahi keh raha hai. Grand Homes Realty ne Manimajra mein bhi ek project late kiya tha. My cousin faced huge problems. They kept changing the possession date, and the quality of construction was also questionable. Elevators were always breaking down. So, for Paradise Enclave, I'd suggest getting everything in writing, especially about parking allocation and water backup plans. Don't trust verbal assurances.
U3, Builder ka naam 'Grand Homes Realty' hai. RERA registration toh hai, but unke pichle projects mein possession delays ki kaafi complaints hain. Toh thoda cautious rehna padega, especially agar first property hai.
Bhai, Paradise Enclave ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Mera ek friend ne ek project mein invest kiya tha, brochure mein luxury parking dikhai thi, aur end mein lottery system nikla. Gaadi park karne ki jagah nahi milti thi, tenants pareshan. Water supply ka bhi same scene tha, daily tanker aata tha. Builder ne promises toh bade bade kiye the, but delivery zero. Isliye, parking aur water supply pe double check karna bohot zaroori hai. Resale value toh tabhi banegi na jab basic amenities smooth honge.
Exactly my thoughts! Parking aur water supply, yeh do cheezein agar weak nikli toh headache pakka hai. Brochure toh sab achha dikhata hai, but ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. Especially for first-time buyers like us, we need clarity. Heard similar issues in some Mullanpur Garibdass projects too.
