Has anyone actually visited Paradise Enclave recently? I heard rumors about delays. Is the play area even built yet, or just on paper? Aur parking ka plan clear hai kya?
Main last month gaya tha, bhai. Construction bahut slow hai, trust me. Play area toh bas ek barren patch of land dikh raha tha, not safe or usable right now. Parking bhi confusion hai, they just show plans, no actual marked spots. My cousin booked a flat in New Chandigarh (Mullanpur Garibdass area) two years ago, and even there, amenities took ages post-possession. Paradise Enclave seems worse.
Exactly! Kids' safety is paramount. ₹95L seems high but if the amenities are good, maybe. But parking, haan, that's a big headache everywhere.
