Paradise Enclave — I'm seriously considering a 3BHK here for my growing family. My wife's priority is a good neighbourhood for the kids, especially schools and safe play areas. Brochure mein toh sab sahi lag raha hai, but I'm really worried about the *actual* possession experience. Jo promises kiye the, did the builder deliver on quality? Matlab, jab aap log move in kiye, did you find any major structural issues ya hidden flaws? Kaisa hai daily life wahan? Society ka vibe friendly hai ya isolated? Kids ke liye nearby schools, hospitals, markets easily accessible hain kya? Maintenance charges kya hain, and is the quality worth it? Any reality check on amenities, like the kids' play area ya pool, would be super helpful.

Unhone toh phir cancel kar diya jab construction progress bilkul slow ho gaya. Quality pe toh doubt rehta hi hai. Pehle check kar lo RERA website pe delays kitne hain, warna फस जाओगे.
