Paradise Enclave's amenities are mostly a facade
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Chandigarh, and Paradise Enclave bhi dekha hai. Yaar, site visit pe jo amenities dikhate hain, possession ke baad wahi milta hai kya? Club house toh bas showpiece lagta hai, honestly. My parents keep saying construction quality check karo. Log bol rahe hain 1 saal mein hi cracks aa jaate hain. Maintenance charges bhi high hain, but service ka kya scene hai? Am I the only one who feels this way about promised vs delivered?

U8, for 40-50 lakhs in New Chandigarh, you might find some good 2BHK options, but mostly on the outskirts, like near Mullanpur Garibdass. Don't expect prime locations. What's the current per sqft rate Paradise Enclave is quoting? And has anyone actually moved in there yet?
Yes, U5, a friend's colleague moved into Paradise Enclave last year. He said amenities like the club house are functional, but basic. Not as grand as shown. And the lift often breaks down. He's paying 4500 rs maintenance for a 3BHK, which is quite high for the service quality.
U5, Paradise Enclave was quoting around 4800-5200 per sqft when I inquired last month. Possession ka toh pata nahi, sales team bolti hai 'soon'. But I know someone who bought a resale flat there, and they are still waiting for society formation and proper maintenance setup.
My cousin bought in Manimajra, same issue. Builder ne promise kiya tha swimming pool, gym, sab kuch. Possession ke 6 mahine baad tak toh construction hi chal raha tha amenities ka. Aur jo banaya woh bhi substandard. Ab society fund collect karke khud theek karwa rahi hai. Paradise Enclave ka bhi aisa hi lag raha hai, be careful.
Paradise Enclave se better options hain yaar. Maine bhi dekha tha but reviews achhe nahi mile. Construction quality bahut big issue hai. Better check out some projects in New Chandigarh, wahan thoda better standard mil sakta hai, especially for first-time buyers like us. Don't fall for the fancy showrooms.
U3 is right. New Chandigarh mein options hain. But even there, check builder's RERA status aur past projects. Many builders just re-brand. Don't just trust the sales exec.

Totally agree with U1. Builders promise the moon and deliver dust. Paradise Enclave ke club house ki photos dekhi thi, laga tha wow, but jab visit kiya toh it was just a shell. Service ka scene toh sab jagah kharab hai, maintenance charges lete hain aur kaam zero.
Bhai, you're definitely not alone. Paradise Enclave ka naam sunte hi dimaag mein yehi aata hai. My friend booked there 2 years ago, abhi tak possession nahi mila hai. Amenities toh bas brochure mein achhi lagti hain, reality mein sab different hota hai.
